Common questions
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. The visit and the written quote cost nothing and you are under no obligation to go ahead.
What if you find more problems during the work?
We stop and explain what we found, with photos and a price. Nothing extra is done without your approval.
How long does a typical job take?
Small repairs and upgrades are usually done in a day. Larger installations are planned with you, with fixed dates in the quote.
Do you clean up afterwards?
Yes. We protect floors and furniture while we work and leave the site clean and tidy.
Is the work guaranteed?
All workmanship is guaranteed and equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty. You get the paperwork at handover.
