Contract questions

How is the contract price worked out?

After a site survey we list your equipment and agree the visit schedule. The price depends on the number and type of systems, the building size and the response time you need.

What does the response time mean?

It is the maximum time between your call and an engineer arriving on site for a breakdown. It is written into your contract (SLA).

Are parts included?

Consumables such as filters and fuses are included. Larger parts are quoted separately at contract-client prices – nothing is replaced without your approval.

How long is the contract?

Usually 12 months, renewed yearly. Multi-year contracts with fixed prices are available for larger sites.

Can you take over from our current contractor?

Yes. We survey the site, review the existing records and take over without a gap in cover.
